Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I finally, after years of experiencing it myself, took my daughter on the Glass Bottom boat tour, as promised! Anthony, Damonic and Jessica gave her the tour of her dreams! Whilst I was thinking she'd be scared, she engaged independently with the tour guides- touching the water, being fascinated by the view of corals and Anthony swimming underneath. She of course had her chance to drive the boat, and obligatory photos. It was an experience of a lifetime and I'm grateful to the team on board, and in office, for accommodating us as well as they did, at such short notice. Thanks again!

Our catamaran tour took us to the marine park for snorkelling. Loved it. So many amazing and beautiful fish many of which were unafraid and swam right up to my mask to check me out. We'd love to go back sometime.

The reefs are battered but not destroyed like in the Dominican Republic. There are still plenty of fish, rays, and an occasional turtle or nurse shark. Lionfish are abundant. I hope the local authorities will take them seriously before they overwhelm the ecosystem.

The Montego Bay Marine Park trust let locals fish the Marine Park 24/7 so they have overfished Jamaica's coastline to the point that 90% of fish consumed has to be imported. The only adult Angelfish we saw diving twice a day for 5 day was in the fish trap of a local fisherman. On one 48 minute dive we counted 14 fish traps.

Went to Viator for this excursion. Worked with them for an entire day to make arrangements to be picked up for the excursion at end of cruise terminal. They never showed to pic us up!!! We had terminal staff helping to locate them and no answer when trying to call. Don't take the chance.

Took a catamaran from our property that was for members (including RCI) This was a smaller boat than the 75 passenger and much nicer. Very festive sail but ocean under the water breath taking .

We went on a Catamaran to go snorkeling at the Marine Park. Two of the people in our party have never snorkeled before. The crew was helpful and we all had a great time.

the good - did do a snorkeling trip to airport reef although it was only 10 minutes from our hotel- but wow-what a change in marine life-we saw eagle and sting rays and tons of fish coral was average but still attractive

the bad- it took me ages trying to get a trip together
the park simply does not have an organised center
we went to the headquarters on pier one
and was directed to local boat guys-doing
an hour trip for 35 usd. destination /reef unknown
doing internet research there are key snorkeling reefs -unity ,seaworld.coyoba - these should be marketed together as1 trip last half to full days as in other parts of the carribean/asia etc
unforturnately i think the drive is more towards water sports
which is messing up the reefs

We loved the snorkeling excursion there. We boarded a catamaran and then went here to snorkel. The snorkeling was very good, and fun. You see a good amount of fish. I wish they had more diverse sea plants, but it was still good

We took a catamaran that stopped here then went to Margaritaville. The snorkeling was fantastic...water could not be clearer and plenty of reefs to explore with every color fish imaginable!
