Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited the swamp safari with 7 children 2 months to 13 years old and we had a great time. The guide was very informative and more than happy to show us around. Hands on with snakes and crocks, the reptile nursery and feeding the alligators were memorable for all. Great with strollers and plenty to see for all ages. Highly recommend this with small children. We will be back on our next visit to Jamaica.

Birds display-few pigeons in a caged are.
All animals are in either caged places or behind a glass display so with the reflection of the sun you barely see them.
The only good look you can take is at the crocodiles. If not for the long explanation by the tour guide you can walk through the place in 10 min. For 25.00 us a person it was probably the worst attraction we had been to in Jamaica.
