Really nice tour through the rum story of Jamaika. We tried a few sorts of the Appleton and learns a lot of the distillery. If you are interested in rum and the story about it, then it is worth to take the tour

We booked a private tour guide to take us through the countryside to Appleton Estate. When we arrived he connected us with a very informative rum tour guide and a glass of rum punch. He took the time to explain many of the artifacts displayed...More

We loved the tour! The guide was really knowledgeable and went more in depth in his explanations. The tasting was really fun and it was pretty good deal for price (you get a free drink, tour, and the tastings) .

The drive from Negril is quite long, and a windy road in the mountains. But the property is beautiful and we got torrential downpour for 30 minutes during the tour, which had to be paused. It's rainy season, we were fine with umbrellas. The rum...More

Not much to see and very expensive tour for what it offers (well, some rum tasting is included). If you already got there and don’t want to take the tour, use the money to buy a bottle of rum, Appleton offers a large variety and...More
