This was a very cool experience to share with our kids. The village is small and the community is friendly. We had a great explanation of the history of Jamaica and Rastafari Culture and beliefs. We were also invited into a drum circle that was...More

This was not a tourist attraction, but more of a welcome home. We were educated about the Rastafarian beliefs and way of life. The time flew by and we did not want to leave. Thanks to all for the lessons on medicinal herbs, living off...More

Very interesting. Helps understand and learn about the rastafarian movement. Destroys any stereotyped point of view you might have on this community. It's worth the walk, worth the discovery!

I was a bit uneducated about the Rasta movement until this trip. Really enjoyed being immersed into the life and learning about the history and future of the movement. For me this was great as it's not too commercial like the bob Marley trips offered...More

Great adventure through a small Rasta village "first man" and "queen bee" are the most loveliest and most informative! I really wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was considering all of the hustling that occurs down in the town of Montago bay...More

Greetings, Thank you for your interest in the Rastafari Indigenous Village. We really do not have a pick up for the Village unless it is a pre-arranged group, in which case we can put them in touch with a driver. We usually... More

There was a German guy in our group who hadn't booked through an agency, he just showed up on a public bus, and I don't think it was a problem, he was with us for the whole tour. Wear sandals, you wade across a little creek... More
