Wonderful! This was absolutely beautiful! Little big more of a walk than we expected but it was well worth it.

We were lucky to gate to see this place without people... Was so silent... Turtle were swimming near us.... When touristic groups are coming people are not caring of atmosphere... But it is not making you unable to enjoy the nature!

We booked this excursion through Sunwing (Nexis) and that proved to be a mistake! The attraction itself was nice. A short hike through the forest lead us to this beautiful, clear blue swimming hole that seemed to appear out of nowhere. The water was cold...More

Hello Miladys, We are very sorry for your bad experience, but the information you are providing certainly doesn't identifies with our Hoyo Azul. We don't have vendors, we do have life jackets and life guards in our cenote. Ours is located in Scape Park at...More

We were scheduled with a huge tour group. We walked ahead and had a little time alone here which made all the difference. It's a lovely walk through the jungle and the water is spectacular. Would have been a worse experience there with 50 other...More

I wrote a more thorough review on the Scape Park page. The cenote was beautiful and fun to swim in but not worth $69. For that amount, we got a short ride to Scape Park, waited around for 50 minutes, got one guide for a...More

Wear sneakers to walk. Don't let them tell you you will be ok in flip flops. Long beautiful walk to the blue hole.

Natural pool. Amazing blue water. Short hike through jungle from bus. Step in entry or 12 foot platform to jump from. Good for pictures. Better for videos.

After a little hike and being pretty hot, the cenote was extremely refreshing. Be warned: It is ice cold, so take the plunge quickly! It made the walk back much more comfortable after cooling off.

This was just as beautiful as all the pictures we saw! The water is cold but a beautiful shade of blue!!! And the pictures the photographer captured of us are awesome! Definitely would suggest jumping into the Hoyo Azul!!

There is a parking lot by the front ticketing area. I emailed the park to ask this same question and they didn't answer. They want people to visit in guided groups I assume for safety during the hike and swim & for the... More

Hoyo Azul is controled by a company. It is inside a park called ScapePark, they have their own tour guides and it is an obligation to have a tour guide to go to Hoyo Azul or any of their attractions. Punta Cana is not really... More
