We really enjoyed sliding down the waterfalls. If you can, do the 12 falls rather than only 7, you can walk around the 2 that require jumping down.

This was truly an awesome adventure. We did the 12 waterfalls and were not disappointed. I still can't believe I went through with all the jumps. It was because the guides made you feel safe and prepared.

I've used a few different companies and the all seemed the same. I even once just took a Taxi up there and that was a lot of fun.
