If you just want to get some golf in while vacationing and don't want to put out a big chunk of coin it would do the trick but not a significant course.

In January of 2018, i stayed at a near by resort and did 4 rounds of golf here. Ended up paying around $110 a round (including caddy costs). The course was quite wet on about 5 holes...but heh, I was golfing in January. To me...More

The golf course was being prepped for a PGA tournament and it was very well kept. Course had a nice layout.

We played one round of golf here and enjoyed it, the course itself is decent shape even if there was some repairs going on. It is of average difficulty with no memorable holes with the wow factor. The fairways and greens are of average quality...More

The course has qualified for the Latin American PGA Tour and has a three year contract. The greens are much better and the course challeging. The Club house is very nice and the menu offers nice choices.

A little expensive, but if you are the only course in a tourist area, you can name your price. Not crowded, good caddies, very close to hotel (they shuttled you to and from). Club rentals or storage very reasonable. Would definitely do it again.

I always bring my clubs when visiting Playa Dorada, and play this course. It's the only game in town - no other golf course in the area (Playa Grande is over an hour away, currently closed, and will be very expensive when it re-opens). Yes,...More

Stayed across the street at the Sunscape Resort. Played golf on Saturday 2/17/18. Course was very wet, cart parts only, cost $96 plus $20 Caddie fee playing after 3pm. Caddie could not speak any English, so he was useless. Staff was unfriendly, rental clubs were...More

the course was not that great, the greens were burned and the golf carts were sketchy, we had a great caddie Manuel that made the round bareable, very pricey but the best in the area. I would recommend an early tee time. make sure to...More
