We used Dominican VIP for transfers between the Taino Bay Cruise Port and the Iberostar. We had a day pass at the resort so it was a round trip. The driver met us a few minutes early outside of the port is a very nice van. His English wasn't the best but he was very polite and knew exactly where to take us. When departure time came, he was waiting for us in the lobby of the resort.

The booking process was easy and communications from the company was very prompt.

I'm sure this costs more than using a cab but the service and convenience was worth it.

We booked VIP Transfers from the Samana airport to our resort, then from the resort to a resort in Punta Cana, then from there to the Punta Cana airport. Our drivers showed up early, the driving was great and the vehicles were very comfortable. All connections were made seamlessly and easily. We highly recommend VIP Transfers!

Excellent everything! Alessandro was very friendly and helpful via WA at all times, as were drivers Candido, Gianmarco and I don't remember the other guy. We had mistrust because it was the first time we went and we had a pleasant experience, super recommended! We were taken from Santo Domingo Airport to our hotel in Bayahíbe, then from there to another in Punta Cana, and finally from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo Airport to return .. all for a very good price. Of course we will contact you again for the next one and recommend you to acquaintances who wish to travel to Dominican Republic. Thank you so much for everything! We got a ride from Our Resort to a golf course and back. The guys were on time, drove safe and respectful. Also gave us a detour to a local liqour store for cheap beer/liqour. Also wifi in the van!

Excellent service. We arrived an hour later than planned at the port (Amber Cove in Puerto Plata), but they were on time and waited for us. Comfortable minibus with air conditioning. The attention of Roberto Ventura and Alex was unbeatable!!! They took us to the tourist spots we wanted to see, without time pressures. Best of all, they also took us to make some non-tourist stops (shopping in La Sirena store and medicines) with the best of provisions. If you are looking for a high quality, safe and convenient tourist service, this is definitely your option.

The pickup and drop off was very timely. The service was awesome… the agency was very accommodating with all requests!
Contacted them on WhatsApp from the US and they responded immediate at and asked for all relevant details about arrival and departure and provided a price for the service and told us what to expect and all that upfront.

This is by far, hands down, the BEST transportation company you can hire while visiting the Dominican Republic. My usual booking contact is Alexandro. Weeks prior to my trip, I texted him my itinerary and the places we wanted to visit and how many people in my group. Alexandro immediately replies back with a quote for the entire duration of my visit including pick up and drop off at the airport as well as transporting us to different towns and cities. We visited Zona Colonial as well as Santiago and Moca. The drivers are punctual and never let me down. The prices are reasonable and the security is impecable. Their vehicles include cold, refreshing drinks upon arrival and wi-fi. The only glitch would be the language for those who don’t speak Spanish. However, they will try their best to communicate with you. Again, excellent company.
