Poor reflection on the real thing. Parking atrocious litter everywhere and not what I expected. Not worth a visit.

I is true that Santo Domingo's China Town is not comparable to others of the Chinese dispora. Nevertheless, it is an interesting place worth visiting to see how Asians integrate into the Latino culture. I especially like to go there on Sunday mornings when this...More

We wanted to visit this area to see if we could see good deals and what we found was a dirty and crowded place. Really if you do not go to Chinatown you will not miss anything.

I really like going there to buy stuff with my daughter. She uses her pocket money to get cheap fun articles. The restaurants have good food eventhough the cleaness is not their biggest asset.

Don't waste your time to visit, unless you are in the area and want to take a look of eat something Chinese...otherwise, use your time to visit something else.

SD Chinatown is a piece of Asia in the Caribbean and is well worth a visit. This place is very gritty but exotic because of the fusion between China and the Dominican Republic. This area has a few Chinese restaurants that serve tasty dumplings.
