You can visit this Cave as part of the Jeep excursion it is well worth the visit. You can also go for a swim in the clear fresh water of the cave which I would recommend but be aware it is freezing.

We visited Saturno Cave during our Jeep Adventure excursion with Cubatur. It was really cool. Not too overly crowded, although we were only there for half an hour. The water is refreshing, and its a once in a lifetime experience.

This was a good experience however it's quite tricky getting into and especially out of the water, also be careful where you leave your possession, my sunglasses went missing whilst I was in the water.

Just get a taxi, ask to take you there, the driver waits till you are finished and will take you back to your hotel. No need to pay a tour
