Crystal clear water, we swam for about an hour. Really cool! There are lots of excursions offered in Cuba and typically 80pesos per person. BUT you do have some options. If you walk to the gate of the resort and walk across the street you will see a taxi stand. Walk up to them and tell them you want to... More

This was a surprise, yes we'd been told about it but actually going down into the cave and finding the water was lovely. We had a swim and wished we'd taken out snorkel gear, We were there just as it opened and it was quiet, would think it gets very busy late in the day

We did a jeep safari and this was on the tour. You walk down into the cave and you can go swimming there, in fact they encourage you to. It is pretty cold, but that is what is said we declined to go in.

So cool, literally. Cooler fresh waters but with an awesome experience. My favorite place so far in Varadero.

we loved the caves and the bus tour of Matanzas..the guide was very good and the caves were really something to see..the only part was picking up at so many different resorts..that added a couple of needless hours on to the excursion..but other than that it was great

Beautiful place, lovely cool water but not too cold !! Stunning cave ! Worth getting a taxi to Playa Coral and doing some snorkeling in the morning when the water is calmer and then go on to Saturno Cave.

We visited the cave after leaving varadero beach. This was the best idea we had. So we could see the beautiful cave. swim in the very cold water but very clean . Very interesting place 121' dip, so you had to go stairs down . Bring safe shoes. Is small place not for large groups

Coming from the Canadian prairies, things like this are very uncommon. Was a great experience and would definitely make the trip again.

From our hotel it was 30cuc cab there and a 30cuc cab back. It wouldn't have been worth it for 60cuc just in transportation. This cave is included in the yumuri jeep safari tour. It was pretty neat little swimming spot. There will be lots of tourists.
