Jeeps,speedboats and Saturno Cave,what a day!

100+ steps to get down to the water. It's an obligatory stop on every tour so may be VERY crowded. The steps are uneven, so, if you are not good with steps, maybe stay at the top

We visited Saturno Cave as part of the jeep/speedboat excursion. I guess this a good place to review the entire excursion. My husband and I met up with a great couple from Welland, and this turned out to be fortuitous as this excursion has groups of four people drive jeeps and speedboats! In total on the day we went, about 30 people... More

A great experience swimming and snorkelling in the fresh water during the Jeep tour. The water seemed to make our skin feel soft ... perhaps the minerals.

This cave was part of our snorkelling tour at Playa Coral with Varadiving tours. Very cool! The water in the cave is so clear and you can swim in it if you want to. There is a bar there as well. :)

My husband and our two daughters went for a swim in this cave and they said it was the highlight of our trip to Cuba. It was pretty amazing and a must to go see when you visit Cuba.

Visited Saturno Cave as part of a jeep safari out of Varadero. Not sure of the logistics of visiting the site on your own. Wonderful experience. you descend down a series of well-maintained stairs into the cave where you have an opportunity to go for a swim in the clear and chilly waters. There is also a restaurant\snack bar where... More

Saturno is a cave system with fresh water - and spooky grottos. Do something different...Nice change of pace from full sunshine. Always part of the Jeep excursion...but a local guide will take you.

The water is chilly but crystal clear and the caves themselves are something to see. There is a viewing area for those that don't want to go in the water.

Really cool to swim in the cave, just need to be careful with rocks in the water. Parts as deep as 22m, can jump off low rocks into the water. Cold water, very clear to see deep
