Nice place to rest on the beautiful marble benches. Also wifi zone, just remember to purchase your wifi card beforehand from an ETECSA shop. Nice restaurants surrounding the park.

The park is dominated by an equestrian statue of a Cuban hero. There are nice marble seats around relax in and admire the landscaping. The Cathedral at one of the corners is worth a visit. As well, there are restaurants and coffee shops close by.

Next to the Cathedral, surrounded by old well-restored buildings, with a small museum and an art gallery, this nice square is also one of the wifi spots which implies a very lively local scene.

We used this park a lot during our stay in Camaguey mainly as it was the nearest WiFi hot spot. It was always buzzing with people of all ages, whether catching up with friends or letting the kids try their new roller skates.Great park.

Perhaps the most interesting and diverse public space in Camaguey. Interesting church, places to eat, home/gallery of artists Joel Jover/Ileana Sanchez, nice statue. It's also a great place to people watch, especially in the late afternoon/early evening. There is also a twice-daily flag raising/lowering ceremony.
