If you have an opportunity to visit this Teatro make sure you do. Its located right next to the Capitulo and the tour is about an hour. They will take you through the various floors and the theatre. The cost 5 CUC.

We stood in line for about 1/2 hr. (moves very slowly) at the Opera Theatre a couple of days before the performance. Paid about 30 CUCs per person. The experience was well worth it. The inside of the theatre is beautiful... More

Cuba is different- I suggest when you get there; either use your guide or find a guide to help you out!
