Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good experience, you need to have a pick-up or off-road buggy for this trip. Take enough cold drinks, water and food to last the day. There will be no shops of restaurants nearby. This is a tropical desert landscape where you can see some indigenous wildlife. Take some lights with you when you go in to the cave. It’s a small cave bud with lots of small bats. The nicest part of this trip is that you probable will see no one else. In case of an emergency, you can use your mobile phone. The trip can take about two to six hours, depending on the route you will take. The routes are not market. Use google maps (Download the map of Bonaire so you can use Maps without using any mobile data) use the satellite modes and you will see the routes which are all sandy roads.

You need to hire a truck and if you drive from Kralendijk on the north road towards Bolivia Abou, when you get to the Indian tourist attraction there is a dirt road that you take that goes along the east coast. On your right hand side is a rock escarpment with many little caves. If you continue off-roading you will come to the cave on your right hand side, keep your eyes open. If you reach the lighthouse you have gone to far. If you want to explore bring good torches and a rope. I am told lots of the caves on the island can be quiet long. Lots of stalactites and stalagmites. Very impressive

I love caves. This one I was told had Indian drawings. I didn't expect much of it but when I stood in front of the cave I was impressed by it's size. Because it was much larger than I thought. The cave was nice but I just loved the drawings. These kind were quite different then I had seen before. If you like caves and Indian cave drawings this is the place to go to.
