Experience a true legend; the only one in the Caribbean - the British Airways G-BOAE Concorde affectionately known as Alpha Echo. Your tour is for an approximate 45 minutes to 1 hour which includes an awe-inspiring presentation titled "Engineered for Speed" and being able to board the aircraft where they watch another presentation onboard of the in-flight experience of Concorde.

Your tour guide takes you around the facility and provides you with all of the relative facts and historic features on the Alpha Echo Concorde.

If you are at the airport you can take a brief walk across to the taxi stand area and enter through the side gate for easier access to the facility from there.

There is no audio or video recording allowed on tour but guests are allowed to take as many photographs as possible. Guests are required to lock their bags in the lockers provided and they are also required to keep the key for their specific locker until they have completed their tour. (please note that one locker should be used per person as there are numerous lockers available for use therefore there is no need for various guests to share)

My first visit was on my way to the airport for departure and was cut short by a lack of time. This time I made a special visit to ensure I got the full experience. The guide was very good her knowledge of the air craft and many other things related to it was excellent. She even threw in some... More

This is an attraction with basically one thing in it: Concorde. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about the presence of the greatest ever airplane in Barbados. The tour shows of artifacts, documents, uniforms, etc. but of course the highlight is a tour through the inside of the plane itself and a seat inside to watch a film... More

What a treat! The SST - aka - the Concord experience. While not as thrilling as the actual flight, our Barbados hosts provided a great sense of what the experience entailed. A must see when in Barbados! This aircraft was truly ahead of its time!

I was taken to the airport in plenty of time for my return flight, so had time to visit the Concorde Experience, it now having extended opening hours. No matter what you've seen or heard about Concorde, it's way impressive and quite interactive, so well worth visiting, especially if you have youngsters - they'll love it!

A great place to visit by luck a former Concorde pilot was also on our tour. Never having seen Concorde up close before to be able to go inside and sit in one of the seats was amazing.

It's unfortunate this lovely machine didn't fly in my time but once you enter the room, it's stature can't be missed. It's only fitting that one be stored in Barbados given the tourist connection with England and the history. Any travel enthusiast would enjoy this visit.

We loved this tour. Learning about the Concorde's history and getting to actually sit in the plane was so much fun. Our tour guide was fantastic and knowledgeable. In fact, we were the only ones on the tour. Behind us was a huge group of school children, and they held them back to give us some peace and quiet, and... More

Well worth a visit ! As always in Barbados the staff were very friendly. Our tour guide was very informative and we found it very interesting. It's still in the same condition as when it was still flying, and loved the fact that you could go on board and sit in the seats.

This is the closest you can get to Concorde these days. Andrieana, our tour guide, was excellent. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We were the only people there so had great view of the plane, cockpit and cabin. Expensive at USD20 but worth it. Still wish I could have flown in her.

I've had a wonderful visit with Andriena as a guide. I was totally unaware of the whole history of the Concorde in Barbados, and despite being French, I've never had so much details about the Concorde. Very well documented. Plus a lot of interesting facts about aviation in Barbados, including a text about the Cubana bombing, a story I've also... More
