Caught a bus from Hamilton and got off at Warwick Long Bay. After spending some time in the beach there, we decided to walk to Horseshoe Beach. Came upon this gorgeous cove after a short walk. This small cove is unbelievably beautiful and the water...More

Makes a great small pool for kids, since it doesn't look very deep. Or a great spot to just sit and listen to the water if there are no crowds...

I strongly recommend walking over to Jacobson's Cove. There are a bunch of beaches that are connected on that stretch and are all super nice and worth the walk.

We visited this spot in March and October, and both times it was absolutely serene. The cove is protected from ocean waves, so it would be great for young kids. We saw a few parrot fish as well!

We stopped here while riding our moped down the South Shore. It is a perfect spot, almost like a pool with lots of kids present. Be sure not to miss it.

This beach is aside of Horse Shoe Bay. Very tranquil and a bit more quiet that Horse Shoe. Beautiful, soft sand. Great time! If you are at Horse Shoe its worth the little extra walk!

Mostly likely you will be coming from the dockyard and yes there is public transportation (not very frequent though). You could take route 7 bus which runs between Hamilton and the Dockyard, Horseshoe bay beach and Jobson... More
