We spent New Year's holiday on the islands and traveled to many sites. This was a lovely little park adjacent to central St George's. They had a Christmas festival set up here.

Beautiful garden. Most everything was in bloom. We had fun taking pictures in the moon gate. Has nice public restrooms which was welcome after walking around St George.

Peaceful

I spent each morning here. Not a beautiful lush garden, but a perfect spot to pray or meditate at the start of the day. Well kept.

Being cleaned up
Jun. 2019 • Couples
I am sure by the time you visit or read this, it will be all ready. We stopped by and found debris everywhere. There were maintenance crews cutting back trees, Cleaning out the beds and sweeping. It was noisy and a mess.

There is an awesome moon gate there. The workers were busy so we didn’t ask for a picture.

A quick visit is all you need

It's a lovely little garden, not busy with flowers and a moon gate for pictures. I don't know if it's a Bermuda thing but like most other things in St. George and the island in general all this takes is 15-30 minutes of your time.

We did a walk through and enjoyed admiring all the wonderful trees, shrubs and flowers. We stopped several times to take pictures.

Pleasant open garden without special design

The Somers Garden in St. George's is a pretty space with manicured lawns, paths, and plants. There's nothing particularly distinctive about the gardens themselves. The site is nice and has very clean bathrooms, which is a plus for many tourists. Otherwise there's no real reason to make a stop here.

Pretty place to escape the crowds

I know there’s all kinds of blah blah blah about who’s heart is buried here that even if true, just feels like the worst tour guide pablum. Honestly, if it’s hot, this is a nice place to sit on a bench in the shade for a few minutes.

Nice little stroll
Mar. 2019 • Family
We stumbled upon this garden when we got off the bus. It is very well maintained, with labels on trees. Our young son loved getting out of his stroller and running around for a few minutes. There are restrooms as well. Nice stop on your way to the unfinished church, or if your waiting for the bus.

A quick walk through
Feb. 2019 • Couples
Just a stroll from the unfinished church, stop into this lovely little well-maintained park. The trees are marked, so you can learn all of their names!
