While staying at the RIU Palace Antillias took a nice walk and spent the day at Eagle Beach. If you want to get away from the resort beach and need a little more space and privacy this is the place to go.
For about $100 USD, we got a breakfast and lunch buffet, a stand with burgers and fries, open bar, free refills on soda, snorkeling, water park, banana boat rides, massage, swimming in the Ocean. Great value and great spot to visit!
Stayed for a week for our honeymoon. The beach is clean, soft white sand, and beautiful turquoise waters. The water is a perfect temperature to refresh you and is the calmest water I've ever visited in the south.

The cost by taxi to Palm Beach will probably be around $25 each way. You will need chairs and to rent an umbrella because the sun is strong. Weather in Aruba is very stable.....sunny, breezy, warm. Enjoy!

We spent 3 marvelous days in The Boardwalk, it's a small boutique hotel a stone throw from the famous Palm Beach. It's super cozy, beautifully landscaped with exceptional stylish apartments on 2 floors. The hotel has a private strip of the beach with Palapas and beach chairs for free (with a booking system) at a 5 min. walk (you cross the main road along the beach). The price was not budget, but about the best we could find.
