Great place, away from the crowds on the north side of the island. The food options nearby are limited, so plan ahead and bring a cooler with drinks/lunch to enjoy this place. Going early ensures you can secure one of the palapas (thatched roof huts/umbrellas) easily.

We snorkeled here twice. There are some trees and two cabanas. So get here early if you want some shade. We packed lunch and ate on the beach. You need water shoes when you snorkel in Aruba or flippers. We prefer water shoes. There were often several boats docked here on tours. Mostly they snorkeled out by the boats and... More

This beach is not to tan and lay out. It is very rocky BUT it is the best snorkeling spot off the coast in Aruba. We went twice and the water was crystal clear and warm. Spent the entire day snorkeling and feeding birds/fish. Must see.

Easy sand entry for some of the best snorkeling I have ever done. It is a small sandy beach with gorgeous views. No facilities. Come early to secure a palapa.

Not a typical Aruba beach. There is quite a bit of rock outcroppings above the water, which gives this beach it's beauty.

It's not mind-blowing snorkeling, but it is easy to show up with snorkeling gear via taxi, spend an hour, and leave. It's a fine alternative if you are leery about killing a half-day of beach time with a larger charter. Be careful of the rocks as you wade in.

Malmok is a fairly tiny beach area in front of many of the nicer homes in Aruba. There is nothing here in the way of vendors, food or facilities but it's a good location to get in the water and explore. With the right conditions, it's a good stop for some snorkeling but is fairly rocky so take care while... More

Best to go on a light wind day when the water is calm clearer. Can take the public bus there. The snorle tour boats go there. Very safe.

One of the best scuba diving locations on Aruba, and the best part is that it's accessible without booking a boat tour. Just park your car, put on your gear and jump in. Beautiful sunsets are a nice bonus too! This is a guaranteed stop of all the catamaran/boat tours, a sure sign that there's plenty to see underwater right... More

This was one of two spots that we were able to visit during our sunset cruise. The waters were clear and calm which made for a very enjoyable snorkeling experience.
