    This was a great experience and was well worth the money.
    100% worth it. We arrived at the airport 3 1/2 hours before our departure from Aruba and the lines were so long. We knew at that point that the wait was going to be awful. We spotted a Representative of the company by the name of Sam. He was so helpful and answered all our questions. We felt that he definitely was not trying to hustle us. We talked with him for a few minutes and we were sold. We were so glad that we did. What a great experience from the minute we met him to when we were introduced to the extremely efficient, professional and personable Jely. The lines were huge, it was very hot and it most definitely would have taken us a few hours plus. Instead, with Jely escorting us we cleared security and Aruban customs quickly and easily. She couldn’t escort us through US Customs, but told us where to go and what to do. We were all done and sitting in the lounge in about 1/2 hour. She handled all necessary paperwork all the way through and even helped with our luggage. We can personally recommend this service and our hostess, Jely. She is an asset to this business. Spend the money and end your vacation stress free and ask for Jely.

    Bye-bye Aruba
    We had heard getting out of Aruba was a bit of a cluster because you go through security twice (one for Aruba to exit and then one for the USA so you don’t go through customs when you land). We purchased the VIP departure but had the lounge access through our travel credit card. I’m glad we didn’t pay for the lounge because it was pretty lackluster. They had a meager selection of sandwiches (just meat and cheese) and baked finger foods that teenagers would go crazy for but adults pick over. The best thing they had was an Aruba Arriba drink (honestly it was the best one I had on the island all week… and I had plenty). Our VIP departure agent was Raycheline. She held our passports and boarding passes so they wouldn’t get lost or dropped which felt a little weird but honestly was helpful while we managed shoes, cell phones, etc. She also hulked our bags onto the table to go into the machine all while wearing heels. She guided us through security quickly, effectively, and pleasantly (it took us 45 minutes instead of the 3+ hours we were quoted). She had a smile on pretty much the WHOLE TIME! She really made us feel comfortable in an otherwise stressful situation. When we come back, we’ll definitely use this service again.

    So worth it ❤️❤️
    A really fantastic experience! Left on Sunday 1pm flight, had to be at the airport at 10 (3 hours early as required) Adèle met us at the American departure line and that was the last time I held my passport until we got to US customs. 🙂 The lines weren’t crazy today, but we certainly saved an hour and got through in about 45 minutes. Basically, they takes you through every security area until US customs but you still are taken to the express line and they just meets you after you get through. From my understanding, the VIP lounge is not always available and if not, they refund you. I’m not sure the lounge was 100% worth it, free booze coffee and snacks but not very exciting. I’d say if you don’t mind spending the extra $$ it was totally worth it. I’d imagine on a busy day like Sat, even more so. Thanks again ❤️❤️❤️

    Worth Every Cent!!
    Excellent service!! My thanks to Jely (spelling, sorry!) who was my hostess, pleasant, patient and so efficient!! My thanks to all of you at First Class for providing such great service. Going through airport and all check in points was fast and easy. Totally recommend to anyone. Will do this again. Thank you!!

First class Aruba is worth every penny. Our hostess Xerina Ras was excellent.
She offered us waters and carried our bags. The best was watching her just part the enormous sea of people and get us right threw.
We completed all 8 stops within 10-15 minuets. If we didn't use FCA it would have taken over 2 hours. We already had a 6 hour flight ahead of us and I didn't want to deal with the crazy lines. It is a great service.

Keyon met us at the airport entrance with our name on an ipad. Nattily dressed and impeccably polite. He became our “sherpa” to guide us and “expedite” our progress (that is the term on the website—might be more accurately called cutting each and every line- god bless!) Keyon handled everything. 20 minutes from ticketing to gate on a busy day when the standard lines would have taken over an hour. so worth the money. It takes away from the only negative about visiting Aruba —departing the chaotic airport with its byzantine series of lines and choke points. Keyon and this service is fantastic!

After hearing the horror stories of going through security, immigration, security, customs and security against to leave Aruba, we decided to add this service and are so glad we did. After spending so much on the vacation, it made sense to end it the right way. Our host whisked us through each part, explaining what was going on along the way. Our family of four went from drop off curbside to eating at our gate in 25 mins! Our host was so kind and gracious. Highly recommend if it’s in your budget. Even if you don’t use this service, do your US customs forms on the CBP MPC app. It will save you a ton of time.

This was the 4th time we have used “First Class Experience Aruba” and it is worth every penny and more. Each time we had outstanding service and outstanding host/hostess’s. However, Gerard went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced, Gerard was absolutely amazing and the definition of “First Class” …. Keep up the great work First Class Experience Aruba” …. Feedback on Airport System

I am expressing my disappointment with the lines and system at the airport. It is truly the worst in the world. 😞

Having to arrive at the airport 5 hours before departure due to the multiple lines and points of check is incredibly time-consuming. The two points of checks and the process of dropping off baggage only to have it returned for another check is simply frustrating. It feels like a never-ending cycle of walking and waiting. 😡

I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration and improvements can be made to enhance the overall airport experience for passengers.

By chance we discovered this service on our recent departure from Aruba while standing in the first of many lines because of a young lady with a tablet near us and my husband's curiousity.

What would have taken a couple of hours, or more, took only 34 minutes from sign-up to reaching the wine bar near our departure gate. We had over an hour to enjoy peacefully before boarding our flight.

Keyon, our Host, was professional, personable, helpful, and courteous, especially to others without this service as we were escorted to the front of several lines, and at the last checkpoint, our Global Entry membership was an additional help.

Thank you First Class Experience. We will use your service on future Aruba trips.

We booked our departure with First Class because of their stellar reputation from our traveling group. We were met by Ismael who whisked us thru the terminal to our boarding area as if we were royalty. I have been to Aruba many times and I wish I used their service earlier. I will never leave the island without this service again .

Arriving at the airport in Aruba 2 hours before our departure seemed daunting, but meeting Zizi from the company changed everything. Zizi's helpfulness and professionalism made our experience seamless. She guided us through security and customs swiftly, saving us hours of waiting in long lines. Zizi's efficient and personable assistance ensured a stress-free end to our vacation. Highly recommend requesting Zizi for a smooth airport experience.

This was a fantastic service. Aruba departures is a very long process in the airport. We left on a Saturday and would need a minimum of 3 hours to get through the lines. With this service we got through in 25 minutes. It was worth every penny. Isabella was our hostess and she was fantastic!!!
