We found this part while we were walking around on evening. There were families, people with dogs, and couples walking through it.

Stopped in Aruba while on a cruise--this was such a pretty little park. Liked the homage (in statue form) to Anne Frank...and the iguanas were freaky--but cool.

Certainly not a touristy location but still worth some time. Beautiful paths, views of the ocean and a few statues. The statue for Anne Frank must be seen by any children traveling w you. And the status for Wilhelmina is lovely. Lots of geckos too.

Yes, it is just a small park, right on the ocean, in downtown Aruba, but worth the diversion. Only takes a few minutes to explore and the statue of Queen Wilhelmina is very beautiful.
