We stopped by due to being big history buffs. It was OK but not much there. We walked around a few minutes then left. Cost us $90 Taxi ride from our resort. Not worth it. Very old & not well kept museum.

Great place for a visit, beautiful place, plenty of places to stop for lunch, pop into the museum for a trip through time and if your feeling fit take a hike up to Shirley heights for the breathtaking views

Architecturally brilliant. Lots of historic things to see (museums and old English naval buildings).

We took the local bus and it was inexpensive and we really enjoyed interacting with the local people. Your hotel should be able to help. The bus drops you right at the dockyard gates.
