This is a lovely tranquil place to spend some time admiring the inspiration and talents of Savvas, the man behind the sculptures. His son, Stelios, greeted us and was happy to explain how his fathers' vision became a reality when he entered his 50's. A...More

Petreon is an outdoor...More
To believe it you have to visit the place. The place is closer to Larnaca than Limassol and finding it may be a bit of an effort, I suggest using satellite navigation (Google maps are OK). Savvas (the owner of the place and the artist...More
This artist started aged 50 when he found he could sculpture the faces he saw in rocks. He is now 70 and his land is full of sculptures - some over 3 metres high. There is also the most wonderful cactus and succulent gardens and...More
We are grateful to our gps for having found the park for us. We found the sculptor, Savvas Koulendros, hard at work at the entrance, but once he saw us he walked up to us and greeted us warmly. He gave us a brochure showing...More
