Well worth the visit to see life as it was lived many years ago. The artifacts in each room are interesting well preserved. The house is an original and easy to miss.

Quite unassuming from the outside, this museum of how people lived and life in Chonchi over the last couple of centuries was surprisingly interesting. If you're really into this subject, it's a gem - and even if you're not, it's fascinating.

A very interesting little museum in a traditional old house. There are a lot of artefacts and pictures relevant to the area and you can get a feel of what it might have been like to live in Chonchi a lifetime ago.....which I guess is...More

This little museum show how life was in Chonchi before modern life, when first settlers came. Worth a short visit.

chonchi is a precious town. and this museum reflects the vibrant pass of Chonchi. you will feel like living as 30 years a go in a really traditional house.
