This is a lovely short walk hugging the bays around gnejna and golden bay. The views are stunning & water so blue and green. Very very pretty. Easy enough walk, lots of up and down. Just have some fairly sensible shoes on as it's all very sandy/gritty.

Took a stroll from the radisson at golden bay, to this gorgeous bay. Sat and relaxed in the early evening sun watching the surfers, you can't get much better than this. The bay has all the amenities you could want, small bar/cafe and bathrooms, plus views to die for..

This is a lovely and lively walk from Golden Bay. While it is not overly strenuous, it is most definitely advisable to wear hardy shoes with a good tread, and pants that will protect your legs from shrubbery. I advise walking via the Roman Baths along the road, then coming back via the cliffs. Going down via the cliffs could... More

Always had a good time whenever I went to Gnejna Bay. I go there every summer and I strongly recommend others to visit such a nice place with family and friends.

impressive view on the cliffs, red sand right next to the more famous golden bay. probably less crowded in summer than the golden bay, but really small just as every "beach" in malta

Easily the best beach on the island secluded Sandy and are you small haven for some worshippers the car park attendant despite being enthusiastic makes it clear that payments are only in the form of donations so you don't have to pay if you don't want to pay well worth a visit

Definitely worth a visit if around Mgarr/Paradise bay as its very quaint and popular with more local residents. We visited in the day and also one evening for sun set. Has access to toilets and a couple of cafes which are good value.

Well organised with a snack bar, ice creams, sunbed hire and toilets. A place usually used by locals especially at the weekend. A gem as there are few beaches on the island. Accessible by car and local bus, I wouldn't advise trying to walk there as the hill down is okay but very very steep going back up.

We were very sceptical about visiting Gnejna Bay after reading very mixed reviews. However, going to this bay was the best decision we made! The beach is very quiet and offers hot/ cold food, water sports (hiring boats, water skiing/ wake boarding and banana boats etc) and deck chairs all at affordable prices! The beach is sandy and there is... More

This beach is far from all resorts and hotels. The beach is therefore quiet, without a lot of tourists here rather meet locals. There is administration of relatively large parking , two kiosks with snacks and water attractions. Showers are charged and available only when there is service. The beach is both sandy and rocky Pláž je daleko od všech... More
