We walked to Frenchman's Creek from Helford having downloaded an app. It was described as a moderate walk, but I found it quite challenging with steps up and down through woodland. Very atmospheric and great views.
Two weeks in peace and tranquillity.
Beautiful sunrise and sunset across the creek.
Amazing ancient woodland, birds and wildlife.
Gardens, nature reserves and lovely beaches within easy reach. Relaxing pubs, idyllic villages or shopping nearby. What more could you want?!
A great place to walk starting at Helford head east to Gillan Creek then inland to the village of Manaccan and its ancient church where a fig tree grows out of the church wall. Continue across fields to Kestle and on to Frenchmans Creek
We had a fabulous time exploring and touring Frenchman's Creek in kayaks. I would highly recommend this trip. Our guide Tim was very approachable and knowledgable. We are planning to try the St Agnes tour next time we are in Cornwall
