This was a nice area and the beach was gorgeous. You do have to pay to get on the pier though. Free parking (when we went, at least) in the parking lot right there at the pier.

We visited during our stay in December 2017. There were plenty of places to see and things to do. I would recommend visiting if you are in the area.

Great sunset views. Could easily see fish and rays in the water. Well worth the $1.25/person. Several people fishing from this pier.

A fun way to see the surfers, fisherfolks, and the beach without getting sand in your shoes. I also met some friendly folks who liked to talk and show their southern hospitality

It's a pier, I can't write a sarcastic review here, and there is only so much one can say. Just be aware that there is a small fee unless you're a local and have an annual fishing pass, but it's worth it. That fee goes...More

Wonderful visit. Cost to visit is $1.25/person for all day wristband pass; fisherman pay more. Nice view of the water. It was a real treat to see the dolphins just beyond the end of the pier, as well as the surfers. Pier provides a nice...More
