Although some people say that it's a place just to look at rocks!, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, we didn't expect to, but we spent almost a full day there! It is a really interesting geopark with uniquely shaped rock formations due to sea erosion. The whole area is really scenic, and the sea breeze was very refreshing. There... More

Visited this attraction without tour, Free and Easy. Entrance ticket costs only about NT80 (~ SGD 3.70) for adult. The park was quite crowded, but not to the extend of being packed like sardines. There was still quite a decent amount of space. Only thing is you have to wait for your turn to take photos of the georock if... More

I visited this past week. We hired a taxi driver from Taipei to drive us here and to the surrounding attractions and this was our first stop at around 10:30am. Temperature was quite warm for this time of the year. You pay at the entrance and then you wander around the park at various stops until you reach the end... More

We went on Sunday and there were so many people. Many tour buses were there. The park became very crowded and though it is very huge places suddenly became packed. Taking pictures with lots of people in the background. The park has many rock sculptures and there is a platform where you can walk on it to see those sculptures... More

Although it is very crowded with tourist, it is one of the best and most impressive tourist spot in taiwan. You can see various naturally formed stones. Grab to chance to view the original Queen head as soon as possible!

it's a beautiful place with wonderful, strange stone formations, however, it's so crowded, you can barely enjoy yourself. So wherever the tourists go, you go the other way. Everyone seem to all go to one side (right) because the queen's head is at that direction. However, if you wish to enjoy the stone formations a bit first, go the other... More

First, it is crowded everywhere even in the weekday!! It needs a long walk from car park to the view point, if you can wait in the queue, you will be able to have a nice photo here. The scene is strange though, some looks like lady's head, some like animals, etc. Don't forget to bring bottle of water, umbrella... More

The best time to visit is after 5pm, when most tourists leave and you have enough time to enjoy and photograph without disturbance.

I live in the Philippines and am spoiled with the natural wonders we have here but this geo park was rather interesting. I was fortunate to have visited the park on a weekday with great cool weather. Took some really nice photos. Perhaps this isn't a good idea during the hot months. As for tourists, numerous! That said, you should... More
