We took our twin 5 year olds and dogs on this trail. This might be one of the only dog friendly trails. We went early- about 8:30 and it was already somewhat crowded in the visitor center parking lot. The trail was easy, amazing views...More

The Pa'rus Trail is a paved trail that parallels the Virgin River and gives you a great view of the Park's incredible rock formations. You'll also be treated to lots of opportunities to see the local flora along the trail, depending on the season. The...More

We took the Pa'rus from the Visitors Center to the Museum. This made for a short, easy walk. We were then able to hop on the shuttle to come back from the Museum. Along this trail, we were able to complete a page of the...More

When we got to the visitor center in the morning and saw the LONG line to get onto the shuttles into the park, we decided to bypass the line and walk to the next shuttle stop via this trail. It was 1.5 miles, all flat...More

This is an easy walk, and even easier if you start at Canyon Junction and walk to the visitor center, because it's mostly downhill. Whether it's early morning or late afternoon, one side of the canyon will be in the sunlight for good photographs.

This trail is paved, perfect for strollers or wheelchairs. After hiking angels landing, it was a little too easy for us but it was a nice path from the campground/visitors center to the nature center. Its also along the virgin river which is pretty.

Beautiful, paved and perfect for a great walk with a dog. Lots of places for your pet to dip in the stream.

This is an easy trail with beautiful scenery. A lot of people rent bikes for this trail. This trail is along the river. This trail is family and kids friendly.

We took this trail as a warmdown after Angel's Landing, just as something to do. It was much better than expected: lovely wildflowers, river views, saw some wildlife (prairie dogs, an elk), a less crowded and more open view of the main canyon. Takes under...More
