Beautiful drive- tunnel was really cool. Loved it. Minimum waits at the tunnel. Visited in July. Hot but nice

The magnificence and beauty of nature are on full display in the Canyon. And the wonderful thing is that the National Park Service got it right - shuttle buses with short narratives at strategic spots, and that run at short intervals, banning cars and motor...More

I love this place. The scenic drives are the icing on the cake for this amazing park. I suggest going in Fall or Spring due to crazy temps in the summer. Be safe and be prepared!

We have done this ride both from east to west & west to east on different trips. Yes, the scenery is magnificent ( the mountains, picture pulloffs, the tunnel etc.) and must be done even on a tight schedule. I always wonder how many people...More

The beauty of Zion national Park begins the moment you drive into the property. The roads are beautiful and you're surrounded by the most incredible rock formations you've seen. As you get deeper into the park, the contrast between high red rock mountains and greenery...More

Fantastic scenery along the road. A number of places to pull off and take pictures. There is a terrific hike immediately east of the tunnel, if you can find a place to park.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this park. Beautiful. You cannot drive in the park, but don't worry, their shuttle system works efficiently and you will never wait more than a few minutes at a shuttle stop. We went in late April, and the...More

We were driving in from Kanab so we were able to take this senior route. I loved the tunnel with cut out views! Unfortunately on our way out the tunnel was blocked because a humvee had died. We had to go into Springdale to hang...More

You won't be disappointed...It will give you a flavor of Zion without doing hiking. We stopped a lot on the way to get great shots

You'll want to have your camera out for this entire drive, its stunning! We took this drive when we went to Page, AZ and to Bryce. It didn't get old as I loved going through the tunnels. Amazing!

You can see the park either way. There is a $30 entrance fee to the park if you drive. I am not sure if admission is included with the shuttle. You can also buy an annual pass along with a lifetime senior pass (62 or older... More

You can find a map on the NPS (dot) gov (slash) Zion website. Links cannot be shown here for some unknown reason. Zion Canyon Scenic Drive starts at the South entrance of the Park and heads north for about 6.5 miles.

There are several places available to park close to the entrance. We got there approx 2:00 in the afternoon. Still plenty of parking inside. The shuttle comes around every 10 min. Easy on and off. You can get off and... More
