Great Visitor Centre with Massive Shop and Cafe

Visited here a couple of times during our stay. The shop is excellent and the cafe was reasonable value, given the captive market.

The rangers were so friendly. One gave us very detailed info on where to see elk (we did!!) and gave good directions for driving and where to catch the bus. Nice gift shop next door!

The Fall River Visitor Center has an informative staff to answer questions regarding RMNP as well as an abundantly stocked gift shop with a good selection. There is also a nice restaurant adjoining the visitor center.

Everyone here was very nice and helpful with whatever you needed to know. There was a small shop also there and some displays. Next to this visitor center was a beautiful gift store for National Park gifts and also a very good restaurant.

This place got us pumped to enter the park. Lots of info and great ideas of how to spend our time. Make sure you stop off if you haven't been in the park as the short time you spend there will help you maximize your experience at RMNP

The rangers were very helpful in guiding us to several different hiking trails and explaining the rating of each. They took the time to outline each on a map explaining the directions and time to get to each location. They also have introductory classes on the wildlife in the area.

I have been here several times during my summer visits to RMNP and have always gotten good help. This time I had a volunteer tell me about their "museum exhibits", not a lot of them, but interesting to spend some time there. Then I spoke with one ranger about meeting a dog on a trail, and she promised to look... More

This is a very nice Visitor Center. There is a big gift shop and restaurant there. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lot's of good information at the center. Rangers have a program for children.
