There are several lakes in Mount Lassen National Park, among which Manzanita is one of the largest. Worth a stop and a photo.

Wonderful views of the Mt Lassen and watching fly fishermen in kayaks and off shore. A great easy walk after some of the more strenuous ones in the park

This trail is not paved. While it is fairly level, it is a dusty, dirt trail.
