Arch Rock Nature Trail wasn’t well marked on the map nor on the trail as we never walked by the actual Arch Rock.  However, the rock formations the trail goes through are amazing making the hike worthwhile.  The hike itself is easy but we wandered around for longer than we needed to because the trail was not well marked.

Nice hike to an Arch rock. Fairly well marked but there were a couple sections where it was tough to figure out where the "official" trail was, but we eventually found it each time. Using the All Trails app helped.

Nice granit arch at the end of short hike. Very easy to either claim to the bottom or the top of the arch. Interesting rock formations surrounding the arch.

Official Joshua tree NP map doesn't show this place although is one of the most popular places in this park. Map stop is names as twin tanks stop but the main trail there is easy trail to Arch Rock. If you'll be lucky and place won't be overcrowded you'll enjoy unique views and easy rock climbing. Your photos may look great as well. It was very windy there despite very hot weather around.

Nice arch (if you haven’t been to Arches national park). A little hard to find it as the trail is not marked well, and when you finally get there - it is hard to be impressed with so many people posing to be photographed near it.

This was a fun trail - we got off the beaten track, and there are some good rock scrambles. The rock itself is pretty amazing when you think of the nature that surrounds it!

This is a fairly flat walk from across the road to jumble of impressive rocks where Arch Rock is. The latter is not that easy to find, and you had to clamber up rocks to get to the arch itself. We went early-ish in the morning, and did not encounter that many fellow-walkers. However, as we headed out, more were arriving. Most masked up.

You see Joshua trees, yucca, creosote and cholla cacti. There are sign posts at various places that talked about how the rocks formed over time.

Great hike for families.

Arch Rock is a popular attraction at Joshua Tree NP, so you might choose to visit early in the day to avoid crowds. It requires an easy hike that is most enjoyable. Be advised that to get the best view of the arch requires a bit of "scrambling", but it is worth it.

We hiked to the the Arch Rock.

Once we were the Arch Rock we took pictures.

I liked that Arch Rock.

We spent some time here and then we walked nearby.

What a great day!

On its own, the arch is cool to see, though it’s surrounded by several other rock formations that makes the easy hike out here worth it! A case where the whole is greater than the individual parts in my opinion.
