To get to Keys Ranch you have to take a Park Ranger guided tour. It's well worth it and you'll learn a lot about how the ranchers lived in the Old West.

I ended my adventures through Joshua Tree NP with the Keys Ranch tour, which was very interesting. Note: Tickets must be purchased at the Oasis Visitors Center in Twentynine Palms. I'd advise arriving to the visitors center around 8:30 am, and waiting for the center...More

You need to book the Keys Ranch tour in advance since only a limited amount of people are allowed in. You meet up with the tour guide 15 minutes before your tour, do not be late. It is an interesting tour letting you gain some...More

The tour takes you in the NP with a guide. Park Ranger Dave D. had a great way about telling the history of Keys Ranch and stops at each area of interest and describes what the history was on the building, machines, garden, trees etc....More
