We thoroughly enjoyed the visit, the hikes and teh education. This was truly a highlight of our trip. You must go when you visit the Big Island.

Hualalai is an active volcano in Hawaiian volcanoes national park. It is 8271 feet high and is the third largest and third most active shield volcano on the island, behind Kilauea and Mauna loa. Well worth visiting.

One of the must see visits in the USA. A remarkable opportunity to view an active volcano and hike one of America's Natural Wonders.

Volcanoes is a really interesting park to visit. Very informative rangers at the lip of the volcano give great presentations all day. The Lave Tube hike is great for kids!

This is part of the park, and is impressive especially if you have never seen steam vents before. The air coming out of them is quite hot almost like being in a Sauna. Was fun to see but not the most exciting thing in the...More

Not really sure what is going on here but most of the reviews and pictures are from Volcano national park, on the other side of the island.
