This is a beautiful trail and we loved the waterfall!! Our kids enjoyed climbing the rocks all around the fall too! I do think the hike is a bit harder than "easy". The paved walkway made it easier, but it is an effort, so just...More

This trail and falls are very easy to walk to and often crowded. You'll always see some interesting characters there. I really wanted some pictures when I went there but that was impossible. This was due to the 50 year old woman in a thong...More

This is a beautiful hike back to a waterfall that is worth seeing . The hike use to be on a nice blacktop type walking surface, but due to heavy rains and lots of traffic it is not safe for strollers and motorized chairs.

The path is narrow in some places, wet, slippery, and can be dangerous. It is a tough hike up. But it is absolutely worth and climb. The falls are beautiful.

Very easy trail with pavement all the way. Because it is so easy, it is pretty crowded. Nontheless, a cub bear crossed the trail. It was awesome to see a bear in the nature where it belongs. There were also park rangers on the trail....More

We did this hike as we were passing through the Great Smokey Mountains and went up to the waterfall. It is a very nice, well laid out trail (moderately easy hike) and the falls were great. We also climbed up and down the falls for...More

Nice hike, but it is uphill so be ready for it. Wear walking or running or hiking shoes, not sandals. It is paved but narrow and one of the more popular walks so it gets busy. Great view of the falls at the top.

We thoroughly enjoyed our hike to the falls. It definitely was a challenging hike back for 3 out of shape people from flat Florida! :) I would just recommend that you have plenty of time for the hike, bring lots of water, wear a hat...More

We were looking for one of the best hikes in Tennessee. The site we visited indicated that Laurel Falls was #1. So we put it into our Google Maps and away we went. Located in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park lands it is in...More

It is not really stroller friendly. The trail is paved but broken at many places. I would not go there with a stroller.

I suggest getting there very early because the parking fills up fast. I know that people often get there at sunrise to hike.
