This viewpoint is a good way to see the Grand Canyon. The farther west you go on the shuttle bus route, the smaller the crowds. You can see well into the canyon here without too many people sharing the view.
Our recent and first trip to the Grand Canyon included pulling off the road to view the canyon from many wonderful viewing points. We enjoyed the Maricopa Point which was a viewing point that allowed us to capture some excellent photos.
