See the Grand Canyon by Bicycle! Escape the crowds on roads closed to public traffic and beautiful green ways featuring the canyon's most majestic view points. We offer bicycle, tricycle and trailer rentals. If you'd rather have us show you around we also offer 2-3 hour tours with seasoned Grand Canyon guides. There are routes suitable for all fitness levels and ages. If you visit the rim - this is the way to see it. It's green, it's fun and it's affordable! We are the canyon's ONLY rental facility and we're conveniently located at the visitors center. You can book your rental or tour ahead online as well.

This bike tour from Hopi Point to Hermit's Rest is a fabulous way to spend 3 hours at the incredible Grand Canyon. Best thing I did there! Derek signed me up the afternoon before (only 2 others were on the list) but by morning of 9/16 there were 11 of us including two guides and driver. Katie was shuttle driver... More

My husband and I took the Hermit Road tour with Chuck. Chuck was a plethora of information about geology, wildlife, plants, history and lots of other things pertaining to the Grand Canyon. We learned so much from the tour. All the guides and employees at the shop were extremely friendly and helpful getting us ready for the ride which made... More

We went on a bike tour on our honeymoon. That day, the weather rainy and chilly. They gave us ponchos, let me borrow an extra sweatshirt and gloves and provided refillable water bottles. Our tour guide, Stephan, was so knowledgeable and kept us moving despite the rain. We did cut our ride short due to the weather and they gave... More

Our group had originally book a full day rental and Jeff, our tour guide, talked us into doing the tour instead. Really glad we did because the bike ride would have been rough up hill if not. Jeff was terrific with our group and went the extra mile taking our photos.

Hired 2 bikes for half a day from Bright Angel. Rode the south rim to the west and back again, then a bit more. Easy riding and a great way to see some fantastic views of the canyon. We had a 45 min helicopter ride (Maverick) in the morning, which was a great comparison. If you have one day at... More

Excellent way to see parts of the canyon you may not see on the major trails plus you don't have to wait for a shuttle bus (thanks in part to our great driver Tollman who takes us up to our starting point). This ride isn't a strenuous ride (for those looking for a cardio work out) but more an alternative... More

We rented bikes for a half day (5 hours) and took off on the Hermits Rest tour. Some parts are pretty steep, but overall manageable. The route it mostly along bike paths or the restricted access road, so very quiet. You have the freedom of stopping wherever you like to enjoy the different viewpoints of the canyon. The shop sells... More

We spent three hours with Victoria as our guide as we biked a 6 mile stretch if the rim of the Grand Canyon. The tour was very comprehensive and Victoria was a wealth of information. If you want an in depth education as well as a relief from the crowds at the more accessible vistas this is for your. The... More

A group of 5 (all in our 50s) took the bike tour/shuttle option recently. What a spectacular way to see the Grand Canyon! We'd ride for a few minutes, then come to a lookout with exceptional views. The trip was 3 hours and the actual bike ride took about 2 (including the stops). This was a fun and unique way... More

We participated in the guided bike trip on the North Rim with Stepan, Tolman and Derek. The bike ride is not the adventure rather the information provided along this journey is what is meaningful. The guides were fantastic, they were professional, funny and interactive. We had the road primarily to ourselves except for a few busses along the way. I... More
