There is a paved trail that allows you to enjoy the views of the Grand Canyon from different angles. Excellent birding if you go early. Clean bathrooms and drinking water near the parking lot. A visit to the small geology visitor center is a must...More

We working walking the rim trail and went to Yavapai going to lunch. The view was great and the geology museum's location was great. I liked reading about the layers.

Loved hanging out here watching the sunset. It was a bit further away from the crowds and the geology museum stayed open late so that was nice to see as well.
