Actually its is integrated in the visitor center. There are at least two Rangers from 8 am to 5 pm, who answer every question about the park and help you with plans about backcountry camping. It is a great organisation!

Park staff are very helpful but this is really the bus terminal for trips into the park - very confusing for most visitors to the park.

The name is confusing - this is basically the Denali bus terminal. the layout and signage is also confusing. NPS needs to make it more user-friendly.

This is where you would go to schedule a bus tour. But, wait, there's more - they also sell trail mix by the pound (10-12 bins of various trail mix types).
