Since the trailhead is actually located outside of the park on RT12 about 10 minutes east of Bryce, it is overlooked by many Bryce visitors. We actually made this stop leaving Bryce NP on our way up to Capitol Reef NP. It is an easy,...More

The waterfall and walk along the river were beautiful and peaceful, easy walk. The cave itself is more of small outcrop and not impressive. The waterfall and riverwalk though were awesome!

This is a short walk 20 min up to mossy cave on the way back we ŵent up to the waterfall. It was refreshing to wade in the river ( it's no too deep) . The views of the hoodoos are stunning. There is a...More

This trail is accessed on the east side of the park off of Highway 12. Parking is limited, so keep this in mind if you have a large RV. The short uphill trail leads to an alcove on the left. You can access the Tropic...More

Things is, you should do all these 'minor, 'secondary' things fore you see bryce propr, the amphitheater, since after that, everything by force pales ... however, this very short and easy hike along the creek is gorgeous and fun. You drive a few miles down...More

Very short hike (.35) from parking lot but really kind of disappointing. I think this would be much more amazing when the weather is cooler and you can see the icicles hanging from ceiling. Going up to see the waterfall is something to do nearby.

The cave was more of a "grotto" and not very impressive though probably more picturesque in winter. The waterfall was AWESOME! We hiked up a bit (easy but some steep/tough footing spots) and walked in the river - even "rode" a few rapids. The large...More

Walking to the waterfall through the cool creek was a lot of fun! We went around 4:00 in the afternoon so it wasn't extremely hot. Older people in our group walked the trail on land and the younger people in our group walked the trail...More

It says it runs year round. There was a drought a while back that dried it up but I would imagine there would be some moisture all the time
