The Peek a Boo is also a horse trail so you might have to make way for Cowboys leading a horse riding group. We incorporated The Peek a Boo with the Navajo and Queens Garden trails. All these together took us about 3 hours, we...More

We didn't have enough time. You can spend very long time walking and admiring all different rock formations.

This was my favorite trail at Bryce. Do it early in the morning before the neat and the hoards hit. Very nice views. Not too tough. The only downside is the horse poop as this trail is one of the view that allows horses.

Did the Navajo, Peekaboo, Queens figure eight hike today and it was spectacular. The first portion of Navajo was mayhem due to the crowds but the Peekaboo loop was virtually empty, It was special start to finish, Heat and altitude, (to flatlanders), can make it...More

This is for the adventurist. 1500 feet of vertical instead of the 600 feet of vertical of Navajo/Queens Garden Loop. The reward is not being part of a train of people, and unique views from all kinds of spots.

Awesome trail at Bryce Canyon. Much less visited than the Queen's Garden Loop. Longer as well, with quite a bit of descent and ascent in the end, but totally worthwhile. I preferred the Fairyland Loop, but this one is as beautiful as.

We hiked the Navajo / Queen's Garden Loop, Peekaboo loop, and Fairyland Loop in June 2017. The Peekaboo loop was our least favorite. Less scenic than Navajo / Queen's Garden Loop and more crowded than Fairyland Loop. Dodging mule poop also got tiring and the...More

The Peek-A-Boo Loop, starts at Bryce Point, then go 1 mile down (truly downwards), and the trail starts then, with a length of about 3.2 Miles, go clock wise, to get the best views, also from a light perspective. The views are spectacular, standing at...More

This trail is accessed by way of either Queen's Garden or Navajo Trail and is a fairly uphill hike for some time before it dips and goes up again. It is also the trail for horse/mules carrying riders. Fun to do...to a point! I read...More

1.6 km down from Bryce point, 5 km ups and downs and 1.6 km back up again. Totals roughly 140 flights of stairs and worth every one of them. Magnificent views around every corner. Like walking through a Gaudi museum. Took us roughly 2,5 hours...More

Both Bryce and Zion have several different levels of difficulty hikes. You can get a map with details from their visitor centers. Happy hiking😊

There is some shade at the bottom of the canyon, but most of it is not shaded. I would recommend starting early in the morning. Have fun!
