This arch was not on the official itinerary, but I’m so glad we decided on a whim to visit here. It’s a relatively short walk to the arch. It’s not really much, but the surroundings and the deep sand really make it an interesting spot....More

This was one of my favorites for some reason. Do not get me wrong they are all really cool. The trailhead takes off right from the road. The hike is fairly short. This arch is in a tight canyon, which is pretty cool. The hike...More

This is an easy to walk to check out this arch. Keep in mind you will be walking through red sand, so wear appropriate clothing. Beautiful trail and scene!

I loved the Arches National Park but the arches do get a bit "samey" after a while. The sand dune arch had a different landscape around it which made it different. It is not far from the carpark which makes it quite easily accessible although...More

It's just a short walk from the small parking area to a narrow-ish opening between some giant red rocks. Maybe 100 yards up a say trail from that secret entrance the rocks open up a little to make way for an unexpected arch. It's a...More

This arch I think is the worst one in the park. Half of the trail is thick sand so you will cover ground at half the speed. The trail can be a wind tunnel and if it is you will be sand blasted really bad....More

Arches is a truly amazing, "bucket-list" place, almost too may magnificent arches to count. Sandstone arch is very different. Easily accessible, and carefully hidden, this and Uranium Arch are interesting because they're on a MUCH smaller, human scale.

A short walk from the parking lot, this was one of the most amazing sites in the park. After seeing narrow entrance to rock formation we did not know what to expect. Absolutely stunning inside. The arch amazing. Hard to believe that it could be...More

I loved this arch, and so did my son. The trail was arguably the most fun of any we took, but that could also be because it was late in the day, our legs and feet were quite tired, and it was a joy to...More
