Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Absolutely stunning; a beautiful walk even with young children. We went just after heavy rain so the waterfalls were beautiful but the Lyrebird Dell circuit was quite soggy. Can not wait to go back for a swim in summer!

What started as a day trip enjoy the fall colours at Blackheath turned into a hike as we could see that the leaves had almost withered.

The trek/hike down to the Pool of Siloam seemed a bit like the ‘Temple Run’ in real life down the steps, with some twists, turns and walk through a tiny water fall.

The place itself is a beauty with ample photo opportunities. Could only imagine how good it would be to do this in any other time of the year.

Kids were quite keen and happy with the hike and for once didn’t mind having to walk, away from screens.
