Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We have never played golf in such a beautiful place. It's doing the thing you like most in the the perfect picturesque setting surrounded by the sounds of rainforest wildlife. The people are super friendly, there's no pressure from other golfers and excellent equipment to hire if you haven't brought your own. Oh and the foods lovely too. We will definitely return for a game whenever we are in Australia, thanks to everyone we met there, we hope you all realise how lucky you are to have this local course and what a beautiful place you live in.

In 50 years of golf this is the best 9 holer I’ve played. 18 tee spots make each nine a real challenge. Bent undulating greens make for slick putting. Getting on is one thing - two putting is another thing altogether. Friendly staff and reasonably priced pro shop.

This was by chance we found this golf club and after a lunch at a nearby hotel, rang up the manager who fitted us in, and kitted us out with clubs and a cart, since we didnt pack them.
Lovely golf course in good condition, and the local down to earth hospitality was unequalled to other courses on the Gold Coast.
It was cool in the mountain air to play, and in great condition. We came through after and decided to have a beer, and was amazed as we walked out on the deck to the most amazing views down to the coast.
Highly recommended to all those golfers that just enjoy a down to earth golfing experience with genuine hospitality to top it off.

I have only recently taken up golf as ive realised im too lazy for footy now, I have played on a few courses around Aus and 2 in Hawaii and I think this course is one of the best, it has a great relaxing feel ( as much as golf can relax you ) and the greens are second to none

Andrew Revie is the new pro at TMGC. The pro shop has moved into the main clubhouse and a fleet of new hire carts. The course is in tip top condition and the bent greens are as good as you will find anywhere in Australia, come up and play!

My husband plays there regularly, as you don't have to line up like cattle to get a game in. Picturesque with some of the best green you will ever put on so my husband tells me, great little club house with friendly staff to serve you & a neat pro shop with realistic pricing.
Treat your self you will be pleasantly surprised.

If you need some exercise, walk this 9 hole course. Reasonably green fees at $17 for 9 holes. Not in tip top condition with the fairways a bit long and no views of the surrounding area. A very quiet club with few visitors so you should not be held up too much. i would not rush back but did find my first visit worthwhile.

What a revelation this course is. A good challenge after the flat resort courses of the gold Coast. Not the flashiest of set ups but the locals and staff couldn't be friendlier. A few good holes that challenge the regular golfer, but not to hard for a novice.
