普通の大都市の通り

栄駅から名古屋市美術館へ移動した際、この通りを歩いた。
飲食店が、ちらほらあった。

大都市の通りとしては、普通でしょう。
特化したものはない。

ファミリー層よりも、ビジネスマンの方が似合いそうな通り。

栄の繁華街

名古屋の栄にある繁華街。「プリンセス大通」と表示されたアーチがあって、どこかひと昔前の昭和の繁華街を思い出させる。特に見所があるわけではないが、飲食店が多いような印象を受けた。

いわゆる歓楽街

飲食店、パチンコ…が並ぶ歓楽街。夜でも明るい。プリンセス大通りとアーチが入口にかかっているのが目印。入口にあったケンタッキーフライドチキンはなくなってしまいました。

飲食店の多い通り

栄の大津通りの少し西を並行して通る通りで飲食店が多い印象です。

今回はケンタッキーを食べて、そこからロフトへ向かいましたが、歩道が狭くて信号も無い交差点が多いので、歩くだけでも結構気を使います。。。

栄を南北に分けると南に入る地区。北側は大人向けの高級クラブなどが密集する地区。いわゆる錦です。そして南側には大衆的な居酒屋が集まるプリンセス通り、住吉通りがあります。

栄を南北に伸びる繁華街

栄のメインストリートは大津通ですが、その大津通と並行して南北に伸びるのがこのプリンセス大通りです。

所々に有る「プリンセス大通り」とか書かれたゲートがやけに目立つためか、知名度が結構ある通りです(笑)

この通りは飲み屋やレストランが沢山有るので、食事でよく訪れます。

栄にある名古屋を代表する歓楽街の1つで、カフェやレストラン、居酒屋などの飲食店がたくさんあります。　　今回、昼食時に行ったら　昼食を食べに来た会社員で賑わっていました。

歓楽街の通り

広小路通り呉服町通り交差点から白川通りにかけての歓楽街の通りで入口にアーチが架かっています。飲食店や風俗店が立ち並ぶ場所で広小路通りと趣が変わります、どこでもメイン通りの裏には面白い通りがあるものです、それと名前がいいですね。
