Would recommend a wander through this park if you're in the area. Rose gardens were not in bloom as we went in winter, but the park was still lovely and peaceful. Lots of people walking their dogs (and a few cats!!) and lots of places...More

I really enjoyed seeing all the different colors and smelling the various types of roses. This was a free, easy to access park with a lot people walking around-but not crowded. It made a nice break in our city walking route.

Great little park area between 2 rivers. View the delightful rose garden & wander under the tress. Lots of picnic areas for a sit down or try the eateries. Always something going on from locals doing pilates/tai chi to dance groups or musicians

Lovely park with beautiful rose gardens right in the middle of the city! Very relaxing and peaceful to stroll around for a few hours. There is a place to buy light refreshments but not sure of opening times.

Sorry for the delay in reply. Been in China. I visited this place in May and the flowers were in bloom. Not sure about October but you may be able to contact the park to find out more information
