Barolo is a great town and the wines in this area are super, but this museum does not quite work. The castle and the views from it are good, but the museum does not warrant the €8 charge per person. Instead, I would rather sit...More

We recently went here and were rather perplexed by the museum. I felt that it was more geared towards children than adults and we left questioning why someone would make a children's museum for wine. As you're reading the history of the region, behind you...More

I was not expecting much... and I was blown away by this intriguing museum! It's hard to explain what you will find here. Treat yourself with a visit to this museum, you will not regret it.

If you want to know more about wine and this area of wine making this would be the place to go. Unfortunately we were more interested in the castle itself and there wasn't that much history available about this one.

This was a great experience, lots of interesting displays. Loved the movie room and the kitchen - felt like I wanted to start cooking!

We wondered in here after visiting the local winery and having lunch in a beautiful restaurant. What a let down. We nearly asked for our money back. Very poor. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
