We are a local family, providing environmental and sustainable whale watching in Mirissa, Sri Lanka since 2008. We are very keen on protecting the whales and also have been doing research about them for many years now. We are very proud that we are recommended in the new Sri Lankan lonely planet and by so many users of tripadvisor. For bookings please visit our website. The price for a whale watching trip is 6500 LKR for adults and 4000 LKR for kids. Small kids (< 6 years) are free of charge. A refund of 50% is given if we do not see any whales on the day of your trip. Please help to protect the whales!

The stuff is really friendly and the breakfast is really good! We saw a blue whale for six times, that was only possible because of the staff of the boat. The staff really knows everything about the behaviour of the whale and so we got...More

Was a brilliant trip. Tea and coffee on arrival, then breakfast and snacks as the day went on. Saw blue and sperm whales and lots of dolphins! Loved how they don't use technology which could interfere with the whales!

I'm fortunate enough not to get sea sick (or maybe the tablets they give you really do work). I would advise you taking your own tablet at least an hour prior to sailing (you leave harbour around 7am) . If you are still in... More
