It can get busy but people are very Respectful of the peaceful nature of the site... hence it’s not a bad clamber up the steps, I believe you will get the photo you desire... prob more so first thing. Good luck with you... More

A tuk tuk will take you there and from the free entry point you will have about a 100 steps. Appropriate dress is required.
