The owner was welcoming and friendly, sharing items with our group to taste. Very educational as well about pistashio nut growing- it was so interesting. A definite stop on your travels in Bronte. Lovely items to purchase to bring home to wherever that is!

Unfortunately, a really bad experience with their e-commerce
I'm making a large order for some Christmas gifts, especially for someone who is gluten intolerant.
I order 2 gluten-free panettone in a baking jar (the reason for choosing them), as well as some empty cannoli, creams, pistachios and more.
Without the slightest warning, two traditional panettones were sent to me, while the cannoli almost all arrived broken.
We reported the matter by telephone and we were told "the panettone in the cooking jar was finished".
So, without even knowing if we agreed, they decided to replace them and send them.
However, we were offered a partial refund which never arrived, not even after reminders.
The 2 gluten-free cannoli that survived the shipment were inedible.
The only product that I found very good was the pistachio cream, as you can find many others in the area

I ordered four pistacchio plants at PistAsta a year ago. Unfortunately delivery was impossible due to Covid19 and had to be postponed in 2021. Since February 2021 I am trying to contact PistAsta and ask them to ship the plants in March or April this year. Unfortunately I am without any answer since then. Have you made similar experiences? Do I have to assume that they want to deceive me?

Ho comprato 4 piante di pistacchio un'anno fa da PistAsta/il Piantonaio. Per causa di Covid la spedizione non era possibile e è stata rimandata a 2021. Da febbraio 2021 tento di contattare PistAsta per chiedere la consegna a marzo o aprile di quest'anno. Purtroppo non ricevo risposta ne via telefono, ne per mail o whatsapp. Devo presumere che mi stanno truffando. Avete sperienze simili?
